Friends, as promised, I am writing a mini-report about the choice of HRIS system. There were about 30 systems in the longlist, which you advised or which got into different ratings, including those from Bersin and even those advised on Quora.

CornerStone and Workday were not included because of their focus on large companies.
I registered on the sites, tried the test drive, watched the videos.
The ones I liked the most were:

All the others are either not that versatile or a completely clumsy interface.
Now I'll go through each of them:
1. Zoho - it's not bad, lots of features and customisations, but it's Android. Interacting with it technically solves problems, but does not bring joy and pleasure
2. HiBOB - the most potential system. I chatted with the creator and he promised there would be a Performance review module, which there isn't yet and even showed it. It's very sexy. But also there is no ATS yet and there won't be, they offer integration with other systems, that didn't work for me. But I will be back to them in a year for sure
3. Small improvements - good system, but also doesn't solve 100% of our needs.
4. BambooHR - proved to be the most suitable for all our needs. I lacked the flexibility of Performance review - no cascading of goals, no ability to make them public, but everything else is top notch. We were already using this system, but I decided to check analogues and came to the conclusion that today they are better (but very closely on their heels is HiBOB).
Now I'll go through each of them:

- Merit increase / performance based pay - possibility to plan salary revision by company, calculation of bonuses, work with budgets ???. (I have put this issue aside for now
- Employee development management - ability to record skills & competences, their development level, ability to specify employee level (junior, middle, senior) -
- Succession planning - ability to assign saxers to employees, ability for employee to plan career development -
- Exit management - sending questionnaire, checklists +++
- Company's organizational structure with possibility to display matrix structure (when there are 2 managers) +\-
