- 2012
The first online webinar and the first course
Zoom did not exist yet — classes ran on WizIQ and later on ClickMeeting.
- 2017
Ten HR courses in one year
The academy launched ten online HR courses at once.
- 2018
An agreement with HRCI
It opened more than ten test centers where HR people could not sit the exams before: Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other countries.
- 2023
Courses on ChatGPT and AI in HR
When ChatGPT went public, the academy ran two webinars on using it in HR and recruiting, launched its first course and then eight more.
- 2024
PapaHR
A digital assistant for HR with built-in AI was launched.

The exam is run by the certifying body; the course prepares you for it. Certification prep courses are not part of the subscription.

Yes. After every course you get a named diploma on Accredible with a unique code. You can add it to your LinkedIn profile.
How does the learning work?
Online, whenever it suits you. A lesson runs 45 minutes. Access to a course lasts 1 year.
Is there a subscription to all courses?
Yes. The subscription costs $1,000 a year: 175+ courses, 115+ already in English, plus every new one released during that time. For a team of up to 10 it is $2,500 a year. Certification prep courses are not included.
How much do the courses cost?
Most courses cost between $300 and $750. Certification prep and long programs cost more. The price is on each course page.
Can I study from another country?
Yes. Everything is online, and the academy's students study in 185 countries.
