This section has 10 programs that prepare you for international HR exams, plus the academy's larger programs. A course prepares you for the exam: you take the exam itself with the certifying body — HRCI, SHRM or CIPD — and the certificate comes from them. Every course is online, with 1 year of access to the materials.
Starting an HR career — aPHRi and CIPD Level 3. Experienced specialist — PHRi, SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5. Senior level — SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, GPHR.
Prep courses cost from $350 to $2,500, with 1 year of access to the materials. The exam fee is paid separately, directly to the certifying body. These courses are not part of the $1,000 subscription — they are included in the subscription with certification.
It is a yearly subscription for $2,900: everything in the regular subscription — 175+ academy courses and all new ones — plus every course in this section: prep for HRCI, SHRM and CIPD exams, Power HR and The Big Recruitment Certification Course. Access is for 12 months, for one person.
HRCI exams — aPHRi, PHRi, SPHRi and GPHR; SHRM exams — SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP; and CIPD qualifications at Level 3 and Level 5.
