01 How is Subscription+ different from Subscription?
Subscription+ locks the price for 2 years ahead. By the end of the term the catalog will have 300+ courses — but your price won't change. If the subscription price goes up — it won't affect you until your term ends.
02 What exactly does Certification give me?
The entire regular subscription plus the HRCI, SHRM, CIPD certification courses and live HR MBA sessions — things that aren't available in the standard subscription and are purchased separately.
03 When should I choose Teams, and when Business?
Teams — up to 10 people, set up through the website in a few minutes. Business and above — from 100 employees, with a corporate invoice, contract, and a dedicated manager.
04 Can we pay from a company?
Yes, payment by invoice via SWIFT is available for all plans. For Business, Scale and Enterprise — an official contract with the company.
05 What language are the courses in?
The academy operates in 30+ languages. When you set up a subscription you choose your main language — English, Ukrainian, Russian, and others. Some materials are translated automatically.
06 Can I cancel the subscription?
A subscription runs for a fixed term — 1 or 2 years — from the moment of payment. There are no refunds for the unused period, since access to the content is granted immediately and in full.
