How much does PapaHR cost?
Free for up to 100 employees. Academy students get unlimited employees: 1 HR user with a course or subscription, up to 10 HR users with a team subscription.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PapaHR works in the browser. On your phone, open papahr.com/app and add it to your Home Screen — it works like an app.
Who else uses it besides HR?
Managers and employees. You invite them by email. A manager approves time off and sees the team; an employee sends requests and sees their day.
Can I work from Telegram?
Yes. The @Papahrbot bot sends notifications, and time off can be approved with one button. HR audit checklists can be taken in Telegram too.
Which languages does PapaHR support?
Five. You pick the language in the top right corner.
What happens when my course access ends?
PapaHR’s free features stay. To get unlimited employees again, buy a new course or a subscription.
