The builder converts days off into money itself, using the daily rate from base salary.
The builder does not compare your package with the market: it shows gaps in what the package contains and in the math.
One page where a person sees the whole package in money. It goes into the job offer and is handed to employees once a year.
The package row by row: item, amount per year, share of total value. Copy it and paste into the first cell of a sheet — the columns line up on their own.
The ticked benefits turn into an anonymous survey: a 1 to 5 rating for each, a pick of the top three and a question about what is missing. Google Forms and Microsoft Forms can build a form from a description — paste the prompt into their assistant.
How it works
A compensation package is everything an employee gets from the company for their work: base salary, bonuses and one-time payments, plus benefits such as insurance, learning, extra days off and equipment. Compensation is the money; benefits are everything else that also has a cost.
The builder adds the package up into one number — its total value per year. You enter base salary, the target bonus and the cost of each benefit, and it shows the structure of the package, finds gaps in what it contains and builds a one-page statement where the employee sees the whole package in money.
A fixed part (base salary), a variable part (bonuses for results), one-time payments and benefits. The builder sorts benefits into seven groups: health, time off, learning, flexibility, family, equipment and daily life, and long-term programs.
Compensation is money for the work: base salary, bonuses, one-time payments. Benefits are what the company provides on top of money: health insurance, learning, extra days off, meals, equipment.
Add up annual base salary, the bonus at target and the yearly cost of every benefit per employee. Days off are converted to money at the daily rate: annual base salary divided by 260 working days.
A one-page summary that shows an employee the whole package in money: pay and each benefit with what it is worth. Companies put it into the job offer and hand it to employees once a year.
Yes. The builder copies the package as a table — item, group, amount per year, share of total value. Paste it into the first cell of an Excel or Google Sheets file and the columns line up on their own.
Ask them. The builder turns your benefits into an anonymous survey: a 1 to 5 rating for each benefit, a pick of the top three and a question about what is missing. A ready prompt creates the form in Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.
