How we count: a statement counts when you rate it 3 or higher; the percentage is the share of counted statements out of 18.
For the statements you rated “never” or “rarely”.
No “never” or “rarely” ratings, so the checklist has no recommendations for you. Look at the review below: statements rated 3 are your next step.

The checklist was created in the HR Business Partner course at Mike Pritula Academy. Its 18 statements describe the behavior a business expects from an HRBP: keeping your word, acting ahead of problems, understanding the business and its finances, relying on data, owning business results, developing talent and building trust.
Rate how you actually work, based on the last few months, not your intentions. The more honest the ratings, the more useful the recommendations.

Subscription — $1,000/yearAn HRBP is an HR professional assigned to a unit or a line of business. They help the leader reach business goals through people: talent, structure, culture and change.
3–5 minutes: 18 statements, each rated on a scale from 1 to 5. No sign-up and no email needed.
A statement counts if you rate it 3 or higher. The percentage is the share of counted statements out of 18. Above 80% is high efficiency, above 60% optimal, above 40% sufficient, otherwise low.
Each statement has its own recommendation. The report includes the ones you rated “never” or “rarely”. Recommendations for the other statements open in the statement-by-statement review.
Take two or three statements from the recommendations, turn them into habits and retake the checklist in a quarter. The result link keeps your answers, so you will have something to compare with.
Yes, as a basis for a conversation: ask the HRBP to take the checklist themselves and ask their manager to rate the same 18 statements about them. The gaps between the ratings are a topic for a one-on-one.
We will help you choose a course for your goal and answer questions about the subscription — in any messenger you prefer, during business hours.
