Your type
Forward this block to your manager or a colleague — it beats waiting for them to guess.
Pick the type of a colleague, your manager or a direct report — we will show where sparks fly and how to agree.
Add your colleagues’ types to see where the team tilts: what it has plenty of and what is missing entirely. You are already on the list.

How it works
The test picks up four preferences from the Myers-Briggs model (MBTI): where you get your energy, how you take in information, how you make decisions and how you organize your work. Together they make one of 16 personality types.
The questions are about work: meetings, deadlines, feedback, disagreements with colleagues. So the result is about work too: where you are strong, where you can trip yourself up and how others can work with you.
About three minutes: 20 questions with two answers each. No sign-up and no email needed.
No. It is a quick assessment on the same four scales of the Myers-Briggs model, with questions about work situations. The official MBTI® questionnaire is administered by certified practitioners.
No. A type describes preferences, not ability and not future performance. Hiring and promotion decisions call for competency assessment and work samples. A type is useful for agreeing on how a person works best.
Preferences are fairly stable, but behavior depends on the situation and the role. If a scale comes out almost even, you will act differently in different circumstances — the test shows that.
Send colleagues the link to the test and ask them to share the result. Then add their types on the Team map tab to see which preferences the team has plenty of and which are missing entirely.
Show the “How to work with you” block to your manager and colleagues, and use the “You and a colleague” tab to see where your habits differ from a specific person's and how to agree.
